Been trying to turn my youtube vids (30–40 mins) into transcripts lately and it’s kinda more annoying than i expected

YT auto captions are… ok-ish but they mess up names a lot and punctuation is basically random. tried a few tools too but most of them just dump everything into a giant paragraph or get confused when people talk fast or over each other

idk maybe I’m just expecting too much but it feels like i spend more time cleaning the transcript than actually using it. Anyone here actually found something that gives a decent starting point or is this just how it is rn

Our IT provider recently closed, so we're looking for a replacement. We'd like someone who understands healthcare and HIPAA and can support everything from EHR. Our previous provider handled everything remotely, so we're completely fine with working with a company anywhere in the US as long as they're responsive and reasonably priced.
