Hello everyone,
This is my first post on this subreddit.

Ive only recently turned 18 and am interested in opening a small investment to keep in the background and grow whilst I do my studies at university.

I currently have about $1,000 AUD and have recently downloaded the Betashares app which I plan to use to make the purchase(s) themselves.

If you were in my position, what would you be buying? Currently, I am leaning towards a portfolio of 60/40 in IVV & DHHF, but I would like to hear the opinions of those who are more experienced than I am here.
