I might start canceling orders from companies that use FedEx for shipping. I had 2 different delivery trucks not deliver any of the 3 packages I was suppose to get today.

The 1st one, they took a picture of the tag and edited the picture so it was blank, so I don't even have a door tag. And the 2nd one, they took a black picture like they put their thumb over the lens for the picture and said I wasn't home both times. I'm so mad because this isn't the 1st time they have just not delivered anything and I made sure I was home all day. Very expensive packages that I now have to reroute to the drop off point because they refuse to do their jobs. I didnt want this to happen to prevent my items getting stolen.

I went to get 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and I get them fresco. I remove the cheese and spicy cream sauce. Total was $3.19. Get to the window, and they claim that they dont have that option anymore under the new system and they added Pico de gallo. Said it was extra, technically I didnt ask for pico. So I asked them how much more and it was now $4.75. You mean to tell me I removed 2 different ingredients and you added pico de gallo which came with any of the food if you asked for fresco style originally and wanted to charge me and extra $1.56 for 2 small spoonfuls of pico?

Taco Bell you are out of your minds!!! $4.75 isnt breaking the bank but its the principal of you charging more when I got to the windows when these burritos use to be a $1. Just close down already if you are going to be this expensive.
