It would probably cause a monopoly of the whole airline becoming union(ramp, techs) but I’m interested in the thoughts and decisions the DL cabin crews think about becoming a union?

I’m at a small regional airline been here for almost 5 years and I’m trying to see maybe applying for delta on the west coast when positions open up. What’s the vacation like? PTO? Work life balance? Probation? I’m aiming for lax but I’m not sure what other maintenance stations delta has on the west coast, I just want to be in California. California itself is really different from where I live currently. I tried looking on the delta careers page but I don’t see any info specifically for time off and vacation.

My airline doesn’t give much vacation out when first starting out and I’m interested what’s the average starting out for a newbie at other airlines?
