Reference letter

I somehow ended up teaching Korean to the future deputy ambassador of my country in Korea and I was thinking it would probably be a good idea to ask her to write a reference letter for me, to use in my application next year. I am mostly writing this to hear some advice on how and what to ask of her. This would not be the recommendation letter that is required in the application (I will have my professor/department head write that, so he can assess my academic capabilities etc.), I would just put it under additional documents. I sort of just need it as proof that I even taught her tbh, since idk how I would prove it otherwise. So yeah if anyone has any experience with asking something like this, I would appreciate the advice, because I really do not know what this letter would include. She has no way of knowing my academic capabilities and she's not like my boss or anything you know, technically I am the teacher so it's a bit different to other reference letters probably. I'm already feeling awkward about asking lol, so when I do finally ask her I want to have an actual plan of what to say and what I could expect in this sort of letter.
