Acceptable lawn on new construction home?
We built a new house May 2025, Milwaukee WI. Builder’s landscaper did finish grade and seeded our lot. 12 months now and we have big bare spots, small to medium rocks, and many scattered small bare spots. Is this acceptable? How do we fix this?
Edit: Yes, we took care of the lawn with professional services over the initial summer and fall. Was told by builder it should look much better by spring 2026 and this is what we got.
