There's

Why do people incessantly use "there's" in conjunction with pluralized nouns?

It is "there are" (I refuse to use the contraction) the moment a noun becomes plural.

It hurts my brain seeing there's (and saying in my head "there is") and having to reread the sentence several times because of the spelling error.

There's rumors this might not go over well in this sub.

Un

Why do people feel the need to create "new" words by using the prefix 'un'? Unironically...not a word. Unalive...not a word (yes, it's slang but shouldn't be used).

Is it that difficult to use 'not' instead of 'un'?

2FA setup without my knowledge

My account was hacked last night. I received an email stating that I had setup 2FA, which I didn't. I have sent several help tickets trying to get my account back but nothing seems to be working. I received two emails this morning that have me click a link to reset my password and once I type in a new password, it eventually takes me to the screen where I am supposed to enter the 6-digit code from the authenticator app which I obviously don't have because 2FA was setup without my knowledge.

Is there another way around this?
