Need Help on Watch Quality

This will be my first time buying a vintage watch [Polerouter UG].

There are 2 concerns [third pic].

  1. On the crystal below the date, there is some kind of moisture or something? Identified because it has different color than the surroundings. What could possibly it be? And is this a dealbreaker for you?
  2. On the second

arrow below,

  1. there's a small dent. It's not easily visible without closer look but it's there you can feel it. Is this a dealbreaker for you or is this normal for a vintage watch?

I'm also curious - if it's okay to open up a dial and check from there?
