Which Spark Plugs Do You Recommend? (2003 Signature Series w/ 80k mi)

Looking for guidance in selecting new plugs for my 2003 Signature series w/ 80k miles.

I'm in the middle of doing the intake manifold and thought it might be a good moment to swap the set with some fresh ones.

I saw Autolite AP104's as an option. Then I saw APP104's (double platinum) for a couple bucks more each. Is there any reason to choose one over another?

Coolant leak self diagnosis assistance

Got a coolant leak today and was wondering how to go about next steps to see what I’ve got to fix. It’s coming out from here.

Just now, at the tail end of a 3 mile drive, temp gauge was climbing and it was smoking under the hood.

Acceleration has seemed a little off (sometime stutters) yesterday and today. Coolant reservoir looks empty. Not sure to start by replacing the upper hose and see how that goes. How would I tell if I need to do the intake manifold or not?

My shop is backed up and cannot even look at it till next week. Any advice / guidance is appreciated.
