I’ve recently bought and installed the Alibaba v2 ikon style headlights.

The lights work in terms of the low/high beams and the turn signals, what doesn’t work are the DRLS.

My car came stock with xenons and the adaptive headlight feature,

I’ve coded out the malfunction code but the DRLS don’t work.

At one point I had the stick xenons and ikons in and the xenons DRLS worked but not the ikons, I’ve already tried to turn on the “led conversion” options in bimmercode and that didn’t do anything either.

Was debating on purchasing some Alibaba f30 “ikons”, the ones that switch to yellow to white DRLS.

I have xenon’s stock, they have the AFS feature, I’ve seen on social media and heard people saying that they’ve experienced some issues in terms of having to readjusted the angle of the lights and having to program or clear codes because the lights themselves messed with the AFS feature.

I brought it up to SJC, the brand everyone’s been referring me to and now they are refusing to sell me their headlights because they say the lights will not function AT ALL.

I’d love to get some opinions or hear from people who’ve bought similar or the same product.
