I'm 17. Why do I pee like an old man?

This all started when I was a freshman.

I used to have to hold my pee really long because of a school extracurricular. I mean, I was sitting at a full tank for hours on end before I was in a situation where a bathroom was nearby. I had to quit because I couldn't stand it anymore.

One day, on the bus ride I needed to go especially bad. I waited for (literally, I counted) 100 miles and when we got to the gas station I couldn't walk right. I was waddling. Real short steps. All the way to the bathroom. I pulled out the stopwatch on my phone. I peed once for a minute and a half. Then as I left the bathroom I turned back around and peed for another minute and a half. This was the first time I felt like I didn't have total control over my bladder. It was so hard to get everything to come out.

Then a few weeks later I developed urine dribble. This is my main problem. I was so afraid that I called for my mom to come pick me up so I could change underwear. I cried to her in the car that I didn't know what was happening, but I somehow peed my pants.

I've been living like this for 2.5 years.

I've noticed that I can't really make my pee stream go 'turbo' like I used to be able to when I was younger. I can't really engage any muscle to make my stream more intense or strong. I've lost that amount of control. When the main stream has ended, I usually stand around for about a minute just shaking and letting the drops fall.

I've also noticed I don't last very long in that kind of way. After looking around, I figure the two might be linked.

Is it possible that I have developed an extremely poor pelvic floor so young? Or is this a bigger issue that I need to see a doctor for?
