UPS gave me a bullshit fine and "charged" me via PayPal

Except that there's nothing on my PayPal. No charge, nothing.

Long story short, I received a surprise invoice from UPS because "I violated their terms and conditions" and that I'm to pay a hefty sum. The invoice states, roughly translated from my language: "Do not pay, you've been charged on your PayPal account" (I used PayPal to pay for the shipping).

The paper invoice has no payment link, no IBAN, nothing. Just that I've been charged on my PayPal account yet there's nothing on there.

Any advice what to do in this situation? Should I just let it be?

As I'm getting her C3 for free and going all the way to C6 would be no trouble for me

And I'm going to use her with Sandrone no matter what

Bineffa *could* still be one of Sandrone's better teammates (leaks discussion)

The Sandbina team could actually be viable, assuming that the leaked Stellar-Conduct field converts all of Sandrone's Cryo attacks into pure Stellar-Conduct reaction damage and does not interfere with Lunar-Charged

SMS Columbina and Ineffa would buff Sandrone for a total of 200-300 EM (and 300-600 flat ATK if your Columbina is C2), and stacking ATK% on Sandrone would further increase Lunar-Charged damage via Ascendant Gleam passive

Xilonen and Sucrose (and Diona and Qiqi if they don't interfere with Lunar-Charged too much) should work neatly as 4th slot options

And if you own C2 Xilonen, Sandrone and Columbina get 80% Crit DMG and 45% HP respectively
