My thermostat is not connecting to the WiFi. I have tried everything, used the app, etc and nothing is working, causing the temperature to increase with the temperature outside. I was somehow able to manage to get it back down from 84. When I try and set up the wifi it doesn’t let me click the WiFi symbol, or select a network, hold down for 5 seconds, etc. Any advice is helpful. P.S: technology is not my thing so please use simple terms and be kind lol
