Sleep tracking Fitbit Air/Garmin/Helio Strap

Just thought I'd have a quick look at the sleep scores on the 3 devices.

They all came in very close to each other. The Fitbit was probably the most accurate in terms of total sleep time. The rest? Who actually knows?

What they actually said

Fitbit 81/100

- Restorative depth despite the short shift

Last night was a brief but high-quality session. While you only clocked 6 hours 24 minutes, you spent over an hour in deep sleep. This stage is where your body handles the heavy lifting of muscle repair, which is vital after yesterday's strength block. You fell asleep in 8 minutes and stayed settled, maximizing every minute you had. Is your head feeling clear despite the early start?

Garmin 86/100

- Shorter than ideal, restorative

Your sleep was a bit short, but your body recharged well. You had a very relaxing day yesterday, and that promoted your good sleep quality.

Zepp 76/100

British English = US cheerleading fluff😂

Because I'm in the UK I asked Coach to use British English and tell me what it would do if it did.

The answer was less US over-positivity 🤣

I can only hope it will tell me in true British style if I'm crap. We shall see.

Parkrun Petition against ADF SLAPP lawsuit

The petition is finally approved by the Cabinet Office, and it's here. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/768209

Background:
A few weeks ago, the ADF (a US anti-abortion, anti-LGBT religious group) launched a lawsuit against parkrun, and nine other sports bodies, because of their trans-inclusivity - https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/great-britain-english-people-british-lisburn-b2963519.html

This is, parkrun allows us all to select our gender for our age grade percentage; it's not managed or policed, because this is just a 5K fun run.

I set up a petition on the HoC website and said so on the pages here. I was waiting for it to be approved. They've amended it because I cannot accuse ADF of being a SLAPP lawsuit, but it's the closest I'll get and stay within the rules.

parkrun face an existential crisis; the ADF have huge legal resources and unless parkrun adopt their agenda, they face a costly legal fight. We shouldn't have to do this, but we need to fight back to preserve it.

No deleting naps...

A really annoying "feature" of the public preview is the recording of naps. I have never napped, except if I was ill. Yet sitting at my desk is often recorded as a nap now... And, there is no way to delete them. You can only reduce the length to a minimum of 10 minutes. Bloody annoying!

I know there is a delete button but it is not yet active apparently.

Hi, I have a Pixel 3, and Pixel 9 Pro, it seems that there is no way to adjust heat rate zones? I can set a vision max but that doesn't appear to adjust the zones themselves...

My vigorous zone starts at 124 which is ridiculous. I am 58 and my max is in the region of 172 - as measured by a HRM strap+Garmin. I'm looking to wear just one device which is why I'm asking about the Pixel/Fitbit combo.
