“PURPLE” henry edit
i was inspired by another user on here who made a purple edit and decided to make a bit of a longer one. all these clips are used with meaning and makes a lot more sense if u recognize the context and messaging. i also saw someone on here recently talking about how henry’s mental health needs to be looked at more seriously, which helped inspire the themes in this edit. hope u guys enjoy!

hot take: henry danger/ danger force can NOT be watched without context
besides the first episode, there is not a single episode in this show that you can watch without knowing the full story. this is especially true for danger force, because sometimes i see clips from season 3 of that show and i got NO clue what’s going on 😭 i can just imagine that’s how people feel seeing clips of henry danger on tiktok. this isn’t true for a lot of the other shows of this era, like victorious and icarly. and this means in show context and behind the scenes context (although bts context is very important for all shows of this era)

rant about JAM session
this episode always stood out to me as being really mean spirited. the beginning is great, with a rare moment of henry actually acting like a loving older brother to piper. but the end is just so weird, with ray and jasper being determined to ruin this 10 year old girls progress at building a better life for herself.
and another thing, can we all agree that the “aroma collar”, is essentially a nickelodeon vape? like, this good smelling air that you take when you need to calm down. also henry’s reaction to it and saying “can i borrow that?”.
