One difference in the later seasons
One thing I didn't like in the later seasons, even though I know this isn't meant to be a love show, is the lack of henry's love interests after season 2. He started off in season 1/2 with 3 different love interests and went to 0 by season 3 (from what I remember). The most we got was babe from game shakers that didn't amount to anything, the dream episode with charlotte in season 5, and him and mob boss rob moss's daughter that never continued to anything out of seasons 3,4 and 5. I think they just slowly stopped mentioning or focusing on henrys life outside of being kid danger when the main premise of the show was him balancing being kid danger and henry. They stopped giving him love interests, we barely seen him, jasper and charlotte hanging out at his house anymore or really seeing henry there at all anymore. And when he was there it was quick just for him to have to make up an excuse to leave. We literally seen Jasper hanging out at his house way more than Henry. We weren't even seeing him arguing with piper like that anymore, or him at school like at all. I do like the later seasons but i kinda feel like thats why it may seem like later seasons henry might seem a little more dull. I always thought it was because he just grew up and obviously wasn't as childish and energetic anymore but jasper and charlotte grew up still being the exact same way they were when they were younger. But it could also stem from him having no life outside of work anymore and all the adults in his life were morons, while Jasper and Charlotte always continued having their lives.
