Was loving the off season moves until this one. Markstrom never really impressed me as a top goalie especially in the last few seasons. But then again it’s not like I followed the teams he was playing for.
So does anyone have any insight, is he worth the cap hit ? (2 years at 6 million). Seems off that these big moves to stay competitive only to get a so-so goalie. I was hoping that Cooper Black would get a shot.
Any thoughts?

I purchased an unusual home it was a subdivided property that left my parcel landlocked with access via 2 driveway easements which are clearly spelled out in my deed, and are shown on a 2014 survey. Now here is the issue the “Northern easement” is about 400 ft long and runs within about 15 feet of my northern neighbors home. The “southern easement” is short and very wide (the survey shows a cement driveway connected to my driveway crossing the commercial property). Now at sometime after the 2014 survey and my purchase in 2022, the large business fenced off the southern easement and removed the driveway, police were called but told the previous owners it’s a civil matter go to court, previous owners couldn’t afford it. So here is my questions. The easement’s are clearly documented on my deed and another document I received from the county clerks office. Would this be crazy expensive to go to court to regain access to my easement?
Also would attorney’s be reluctant to go against a large corporation?
Lastly if I did regain this easement would the corporation be required to replace the driveway they removed?
