I wanted to file a complaint sa DOLE pero feeling ko wala akong laban?????

Hi 29(F), Mag 4 years sa isang Outsourcing Company. I wanted to file a complaint pero i felt like wala akong laban. I wanna hear your opinion regarding this. I feel like nag iisa lang ako eh hahaha

Background: Eversince i worked here double pay pag pumasok ka both ph holiday and uk bank holiday. And ang susundin namin holidays is UK bank holiday meaning wala kaming pasok nyan supposedly but due to nature of our work stream need kami ng client na pumasok kasi madedelay ang processing ng payments ng mga workers nila. So no choice kami need namin mag in since we know naman na compensated kami since double pay nga. Here comes the May 4 (Early May Bank Holiday) so pumasok kami with the things in mind na 200% pa rin ang bayad sa amin. Pero nagkamali kami ayaw na ng boss namin na bayaran ang UK banks hols namin so OTY ang nangyari!! Ni raised naman ito ng TL namin kaso ending ayaw talaga at HR namin wala rin naman nagawa.

The most complicated part is wala naman sinesend ang HR na updated Handbook, kasi ang sinasabi ng HR ay wala naman daw sa company policy itong pag babayad ng 200% pay during uk bank holiday, the last time they sent us a company handbook was way back 2023 at marami ng nabago which is ito yung worry namin. I asked HR before na kung pwede ba nila i send updated company handbook and they said on the process pa daw sila sa pag update and will let me know na lang daw pag okay na. Nakalimutan ko na at lahat wala pa rin naisend even until now. This is not the first time na tinanggalan kami ng benefits. Pero it’s a different issue haha. Here comes another UK Bank holiday which is sa Monday, May 25 (Spring Bank Holiday) at again needed kami ng client. Pero we thought na ang unfair sa kasi supposedly wala kaming pasok at ang ibang team wala din pasok considering na 100% pa din ang pay nila na same din sa amin. Edi sana di na lang din kami pumasok. Diba??
