Rosemead public works website says for repaving OF JACKSON AVE.

But in my opinion Jackson does not repaving.

They need repave on Graves Ave itself between Del Mar Ave and Jackson Ave,, in BOTH DIRECTIONS.

I counted 5 to 10 SIGNIFICANT POTHOLES ON Graves, in each direction.
