I get extra time on tests in school (504) so I guess I shouldn't be shocked

When I was in eighth grade I took the WASI II as a requirement for my IEP. My FSIQ was 145 while my verbal iq was 151 and perceptual iq was 139. I am in 11th grade now and while I am pretty good at STEM subjects, I’m relatively unremarkable at the humanities. I was wondering if it’s possible for my verbal iq to go down because I feel like it did or maybe I’m just paranoid.
