Next Up Anytime
So I have this iPhone 18 pm and I’m having the stupid sos issue. I’m outside of the 14 day buyers remorse period (I tried exchanging it during that time but I was on hold for several hours and whenever I did connect to someone they conveniently encountered an “error” every time) anyways my next option to get rid of this is to use the next up anytime that I have. From what I understand I can upgrade as soon as I make my first monthly payment, however I’ll lose all the promotional credits. Or so that’s what I thought, I called my local att store and explained what I planned to come in and do and they told me that I have to wait until the phone was 33% paid off even though it clearly states on their website that that’s not true. I was wondering if the worker is just being lazy or if there’s truth to what he says and if anyone else had done a similar strategy?
