Started jumping rope 6 months ago
I started jumping rope 6 months ago and I feel healthier than ever before. I was so unhealthy back then i couldn't even run 200 metres or skip 30 times without huffing like a dog. Now I can do about 220-250(250 was my highest) skips a minute but only with normal jumps(both legs). Is it good enough? I've started learning the step-overs, double unders etc. but they put a lot of pressure on my shin and it hurts.
