Is there is any test or interview to upgrade our role from ASE to another role ?? Need ur response plz

i got two offer one is Accenture ASE(4.5) and another is capegemini with 4lpa
firstly accenture company called for their training and i completed the Training then at the time offer letter they mentioned 3.45lpa. What to do can i negotiate as a fresher or else gain Experience and switch off plzz help me ....

And now they tell that ur at tire 2 city and ur salary is 3.45
