Why are financial penalties associated with SCR breaches?
Financial penalties will impact profit, which in turn limits reinvestment to increase revenue. There is also a limit on how much our owners can invest of their money.
As the aim is to ensure long term financial security of the clubs this would seem to be hugely counter productive to the stated aims.
