Why do you Hate/Love Blackrock?

In my opinion, I hate it. Even on Voyager, there were hella timberwolves and unnecessary cold weather. On top of that, navigating the maze terrain with all the cliffs and dead ends makes traveling exhausting. I just wanted to go Bricklayer's Retreat and I was on Cutty's cave. lol. Dealing with the poison gas is a total nightmare, and right after that, you have to deal with even more wolves inside the prison. The loot is decent, but the stress-to-reward ratio just doesn't feel worth it for a long-term base.

Are the Milling Machine and the Ballistic Vest worth all this headache for you? Not for me. I don't need to carry 6 extra kilograms in my backpack for armor.

HOW LUCKY I AM?!

Every time I get close to the cougar's territory my heart tightens with fear... I ONE-SHOTTED THE COUGAR?!

Note : I FUCKING LOVE THE CURATOR'S RIFLE

>!Bunker Alpha guarded by a Cougar TFTFT!<

I'm currently working on the Signal Void tale. I already completed Bunker Gamma in HRV and Bunker Beta in PV. Now I need to hit Bunker Alpha in Bleak Inlet, but the Cougar's den is spawned literally right on next to the bunker location.

What's the best way to handle this without getting mauled?

I have Revolver and rifle by the way. Difficulty : Voyageur

Traveling from Timberwolf Mountain to Ash Canyon for the first time – Looking for tips

Hey fellow survivors,

I’m currently in Timberwolf Mountain and planning my journey over to Ash Canyon to get the Technical Backpack from the Gold Mine. (I have Improvised crampons)

I’ve never done this specific push before and I’m a bit torn on the best approach.

A few details on my situation:

  • Difficulty: Voyageur
  • Current Gear: Revolver (25 ammo), 15 coffee, improvised crampons, +27 heat bonus, +12 wind bonus

I need tips for TWM

I'm new to the game, but I have almost everything. I'm in Blackrock and want to go to Timberwolf Mountain. I don't have any packaged food; I only have bear meat, but it has a scent. I have a rifle and a revolver—I need some tips.
