I was pretty mad earlier but I'm more so just annoyed now. This guy didn't even try to make something of his own and just took the image off my profile and re-uploaded it like he did something. I just dont get it, back when I saw someone else's "windows inspired profile", instead of just taking it, I used it as inspiration and made something unique to myself. All the images I used are important and significant to who I am today. It's really annoying to see someone just snatch that and portray it like it's theirs. I wouldn't have been annoyed if they had at least changed the images and gifs I used to something else. Sorry for the rant, just curious if this has happened to anyone else.

I really want to get a steam game profile, but Im not willing to spend a 100 bucks for it + I dont want any games or items, is there a way for me to get them for cheaper? I heard about steampoints.com and saw some other sites online, but comments say that this was patched. Is this true?

Hi everyone, I’m 影猫, an indie developer.For a while now, I’ve been developing a Steam Profile Sandbox tool called ZoneHub. My original goal was simple: to give everyone a place to perfectly preview how backgrounds, showcases, and avatar frames look together before spending your hard-earned Steam Points. But a few days ago, I received a rejection notice from Valve’s reviewers. The reason: the software touched the sensitive mechanics of the Points Shop. I completely understand and respect Valve's bottom line. But honestly, it hurts. Not because my app didn't pass, but because my original intention was to save everyone from the agonizing process of decorating a profile. I know exactly how painful it is:
In the letter, I told him that I am abandoning the idea of making a profit from this software. I offered my product logic and UI designs to Valve completely for free. I just genuinely hope that one day, Steam will release an official "Profile Preview Sandbox" so players don't have to suffer through this anymore.
So, what happens to ZoneHub now?
I will absolutely never release software that puts your accounts at risk of a ban. Therefore, I have decided to completely rebuild ZoneHub from the ground up. It will transform from a "Points Shop Simulator" into a 100% safe, purely local "Ultimate Swiss Army Knife for Steam Showcases"—AND I am making it completely FREE.
The rebuilt, pure-tool version will keep the features you actually need the most:
