...That removal of licensed badges is not the way to avoid DMCA because the whole car design is copyrighted by a car company.

I agree that snitching is bitchy, but there was a possibility that the car companies would notice their designs regardless. And it's up to companies to choose what to hit, they could've just said to remove the real-life bumpers and we wouldn't have to complain.

I just want to say that MRT team should go into redoing their cars ASAP to not be hit by another DMCA or even worse a lawsuit that will kill the game.

They could go with Rockstar Games route of mixing different vehicles to be recognisable enough for players but still give a ground to not get fucked with corpos.
