Hey everyone quick question. My young brother in law asked for my help today and I have reached the edge of my PC knowledge. His PC is on windows 10 however doesn’t meet the minimum specifications to run 11, but the issue he is having is that while playing games or doing just about anything on the PC it will randomly shut down and reboot into BIOS. Once it’s there it seems that the only way to get out of BIOS is to shut it down with the power button. Is there something I can do to help him with this or does it seem like the PC needs a total wipe and reinstall. Quick specs that I found on his PC

Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2300x 3.5 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
Graphic card: AMD Radeon RX 6600 (8GB)
SSD: T-Force 512GB

Is anyone here familiar with INPA? I recently installed it and I need to troubleshoot my throttle system to figure out if it’s the sensors, the pedal or the actuator going bad. Also, if anyone knows the values that I should be looking for as well that would be incredibly helpful. Thanks in advance.
