I’ve experimented with not ejaculating numerous times in my life. I’ve recently began another disciplined journey of retaining and I’ve gained my drive and motivation for life again. I’ve learned when a man ejaculates it tells his brain he’s satisfied and there’s no need to try anymore and to relax. Not only have I gained drive and motivation back but I’ve gained my relationship with god back. Stay strong and work hard to get what you want out of life. Retention definitely gives you that drive.
