Hey guys, pls help me out. I dont know what my chances are and seeing so many high scorers I feel so average and feel like 0 chance. this sounds like ragebait post but I kinda wanna do cardio fellowship so I wanna match into mid-tier uni programs.

I got about 3 months USCE - hands on Clinic but with inpatient on call experience with attendings

EU medSchool non UK

About 3 months UKCE

5 posters in international conference (EU) and 2 peer viewed papers. 2 submitted case reports but they take so long. Most are from my research assistant thingy I did in medschool but in basic science-pain medicine not IM (about 4 years lab research)

should I defer next cycle with stronger step3 and better USCE inpatient ?

I am aware my scores are pretty average now and I have ok research output. Just objective feedback on whether if I can even think of academic programs or should I settle for community?

for my USCE my one and only- it was just a 3m rotation at a clinic. but I also did inpatient shadowing at my preceptors hospital, we did 2/week clinic and inpatient hospital check at 2 other county hospitals. however 70% of the time it was at the clinic and his ambulatory surgical clinic. how do I frame this? how can I tell I did both outpatient and inpatient

I am non US IMG, aiming for IM. As of now I have 1 IM US LOR, 2 UK LOR. I was wondering if my US LOR from telerotation (Allegheny doc) is worth it ?

this rotation is on top my my 1 other USCE

does this LOR of any value or is it red flag/doesn't add anything?

Any help would be appreciated.

I can only apply for H1b visa and im wondering if any programs are actually sponsoring H1b considering the current situation?

can you apply to programs that dont sponsor visa because you have EAD?

Is there any specific advantage of having EAD vs not?

I know it sounds stupid but im genuinely confused. some tell its benefit but others tell me im still going against nonUS IMG so my scores matter. scores a bit bad so im hoping some miracle
