Delhi home state need college in Delhi ncr 12th aggregate pcm-54.6 and total is 65% jee mains obc rank 3lakh something need advice for college like where should I apply what should I do 😭

Missed the registration... Toh new registration spot round mein he open hogi ky?? Also one more thing I have 54.6% aggregate in pcm 😭 obc ncl toh am i eligible or not should I register for it or not??
