Around 4 months ago I was in a horrible mixed episode

i was super suicidal and I had attempted suicide

I was dealing with my abusive toxic x on top of everything and it made life unbearable.

Then after I got involuntary held at a hospital for awhile and went to treatment for 4 months.

Ive been properly medicated now and its just so embarrassing looking back at my attempt

Now im starting my new job Tommorow

Im staying with my parents and im sleeping on the couch life just really sucks right now especially dealing with the aftermath of everything
