Should I be worried or does this just happen sometimes? Idk what this means

I guess more importantly, how did you start? Is it ok to start in my room?

Ive only started a week ago. now I’ve done it only in my room in privacy. My parents and family are aware but im just nervous and wondering if Reddit is a good place to get more involved in nudism

Basically been months after learning about nudism but never really doing it. I’m not yet ready to go beyond my room, but I figured it’s a good starting point? Is it ok if I just keep it to my room and not go out or do anything? Because I don’t feel comfortable with that yet, and I live with fam so I don’t want to be disrespectful or anything

This didn’t happen when I first got these bras in December but this past month it has happened more often. I haven’t gained weight so im not sure why this is happening or what I should do?
