49F. I had a complete rotator cuff tear and shoulder impingement and I’m 5 days post-op. I’m still very much in pain but my concern is more with the swelling. My entire arm is still very swollen and my fingers are so swollen that I cannot close my hand. My wrist also hurts. I’m worried about circulation and blood clots. But I am taking baby aspirin daily.
Is this the norm after 5 days? Anyone had this happened? How long did it take to go down? I start PT in two days maybe they can assess it then.
