Got 1 Day ban + SR from S2 to B2 for nothing

Deliberately wrecking or acting unsportsmanlike towards another driver is not permitted, regardless of any prior contact between you. This incident was judged to be against Section 6.7 - Intentional wrecking / unsportsmanlike conduct of the Competition Rules.
What actually happened :
I am driving and out of nowhere, a car is 90° to the road in the middle of the road.
I try to avoid it but this moron moves instead of staying on the brakes and boom collision.
It turns out that a lap or so before we had some minor contact in a corner.
I'm tired men, i tried so hard to be out of bronze, i was S2, so close to be S3, i was planing race a full day or two to finaly reach gold, now i am back in bronze where poeple rear end you at the firt turn.
also, "Steward decisions are final and not subject to appeal." and it is said that it has been review by a human... A human scrolling on his phone maybe.
