Doctors of Algeria: What do you wish you knew after graduating?
I’m a freshly graduated medical doctor and during the last few months of my internship I’ve been stressing quite a bit about what comes next and how to navigate the job market and I think most doctors can relate to that uncertainty during the transition from internship to working life.
I’d really appreciate hearing from any doctors who have managed to land a decent job in a company or somewhere that offers good working conditions and a reasonable salary for doctors (whether that’s Sonatrach or another company/sector)
I’d also be very grateful for any advice on how to build a strong CV where to look for these opportunities and how to actually get your foot in the door or simply anything you wish you had known when you were in my position right after graduation.
For context, I also have my "carte jaune" so my military service situation is cleared.
Any advice, personal experience or even a small tip would genuinely mean a lot. Thank you in advance!
