This has ruined my life, and I spend ALL My time fighting useless denials.

Where are negative stars? Ambetter has routinely denied
NEEDED DOCTOR ADVISED TREATMENT FOR 6 months! Causing me to suffer and spend all my time on useless appeals. Dont look at the premium or out of pocket look at feedback like this. Only sign up if you want unneeded appeals, customer service speaking in languages that you cant understand, being hung up on, long hold times, no resolution and huge medical bills. No insurance and private pay is better. Run, or your life will revolve around fighting your insurance company. This should be illegl. Who monitors these theifs?

how much massaging, making it hard to work. honeslty is a worse problem then the nueroma ever was.

This chiropractor insisted i neededt he 6K plan or I would be disabled.

p this has been my main struggle six and a half months out still having to elevate massage my scar ​physical therapy swimming stretching all kinds of exercise been like a full-time job it's just unusual anyone else had this.

next I'm going to request ultrasound from the physical therapist to try to break it up anyone else had luck with this

Six months post surgery and its hard to walk as my toes dont move

normally. These are the toes that are next to the surgery scar. it just seems I have

solved the nuroma problem only to create another. Anyone else have this and what is a solution? I have alreayd had PT, scar massage, ice, exercises, i dont not want yet another surgery and am desperate for options. Anyone else have this expereince?

Ambetter said they were going to and they had it already and said that it was overturned and that I have to. I as a patient have to write everything up. this is really confusing to me

so many options. anyone have first hand positive experience with something specific?

As you might have read, I still have a lot of pain at month 4. I went to physical therapy toda,y and the therapist said the scar is too tight anrecommendeded scar massage. The right scar is causing the foot to swell and accumulate fluid in the second toe. so I am working in the recommended exercises. Anyone else have this experience?

Is this supposed to be written by me or my doctor? She has

already written two appeals and done a peer to peer review, and now what? They keep denying a procedure that she recommends. Getting very labor instensive. Anyone know what should be done?

Not sure what my pain is from but it is as bad or worse than the MN.

I think its swelling of the second toe post surgery. I still ice and elevate daily.

This place is terrible! I attended a monthly meeting where I was supposed to receive naltrexone. I've been a member for two years, but I had to take a pause from my medication due to surgery. I participated in an hour-long video meeting, only to be informed that Shanna could not fill my prescription and that another one-on-one appointment was required (presumably so they could charge me twice). They DO NOT LET YOU KNOW that you WILL NOT BE GIVEN MEDICATION,. If Shann required a one on one, then she should have scheduled that to begin with, not charged me twice and provide no medication. I pause for surgery and get punished and charged in this way. Not a caring or supportive environment AT ALL! I an reporting workit to the BBB.

I received a message saying the appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM that same day. I confirmed my appointment, hoping to at least get my refill, but I was billed twice. After waiting all afternoon, Shanna canceled on me, leaving me without my medication. Now, I have a bill, wasted a whole day, and don't have my meds. I also received an automated message from Workit saying that if I have issues over the weekend, I should go to the ER.

Is there such a thing as an insurance advocate? Need one for ambetter

Anyone else have selling in toes or sense where 4 or more months out? I.csn feel normal and then walk.or something. Second toe swells immediately feeling just as uncomfortable as a nueroma. Still.ice multi times a day. So
