Does anyone have any niche free spots in Henderson, Boulder, or Vegas? Like free hangout spots like swimming lakes, nature spots with a good view of the city or anything like that. I want to go to some places with a couple of friends and we will take care of it and wont leak it. Thanks if you do

I'm 17 and just lost a bet with my friend, and I had to let him buzz my hair, but it turned out way worse than I thought. I'm taking graduation pics tmmro at 10 Am. Is anyone a barber or know a barber that can fix it up by making it even and lining me up early tmmro morning for less than like $40? Thanks if you can.
