Visiting with teens. Safe places.

Hoping someone can help. The last two years I asked this about TX now it’s TN. I am traveling for soccer to the Nashville area (I think we will stay in Smyrna and Murfreesboro ) for soccer with two young teens and myself. As a female traveling alone to an unfamiliar city with kids I do get a bit stressed to keep them safe. I’m hoping to be able to explore Nashville with them 1-2 days while there but don’t know where to go and most importantly what’s safe. Any suggestions for places to see. Maybe where to park, that will be safe. Will there be toll roads. Any advice

Muscle twitching constantly for years

60 yr male 5’10 190lbs. On BP meds, lexapro, sometimes sleep meds. I do have anxiety depression.

This has been going on for 4+ years. Dr is unconcerned. But I just can’t help to think this is not normal with how extreme and the fact it’s been a years. It is not every now and then. It is regularly. While it has occurred in shoulder left thigh and calf is mostly affected. It does keep me up a night. And of course add to anxiety. My current bloodwork is normal except for cholesterol. Have been tested for thyroid in the past.

History of large kidney cyst removed, removed gallbladder. Skin cancer removed. Lesion on hip they think is non cancerous. For someone with health. I am fatigued all the time. But cannot tell if due to my age, arthritis, or something else.
