Casper mattress return after nearly 7 years
In short, purchased 2019. Casper foam mattress looks great no stains, no sagging, or anything. Started getting itchy in the past few months. Went over usual suspects, no bedbugs, no changes in detergents. Came across possible fiberglass concerns. Cover says it can be taken off. Apparently the fire retardant sock under the mattress cover is fiberglass and the surface on top off the mattress has worn down and started coming through the surface.
Looking through other people’s experiences, they have been able to get Casper to send a new mattress though it takes a few weeks of back and forth.
Would it be terrible to return this to Costco after 7 years to save the hassle?
