Is there any device available on Amazon or online platform, by which we can detect a hidden camera and microphone?

LinkedIn account compromised despite 2FA – unauthorized job posts and messages sent
Yesterday, three job postings were created from my LinkedIn account without my knowledge. Messages were also sent to four people from my account. I had 2FA enabled and did not receive any unexpected login alerts.
The account was temporarily restricted, but LinkedIn support has since restored my access. I've changed my password and reviewed my account settings.
How could this happen despite 2FA? Are there any additional checks I should perform to ensure my account and devices are secure?
