Hi everyone

I'm looking for informed opinions and experiences regarding my orthodontic and orthognathic treatment options.

My cephalometric measurements include:

- SNA: 79.6°

- SNB: 70.9°

- ANB: 8.6°

- SN-GoGn: 39.8°

- Occlusal plane to SN: 23.6°

- U1-NA: 3.6 mm / 26.5°

- L1-NB: 14.2 mm / 50.2°

- Interincisal angle: 94.7°

My diagnosis includes a skeletal Class II pattern, mandibular retrusion, a hyperdivergent facial pattern, a convex profile, dental protrusion and an anterior open bite.

My main concerns are facial balance, maxillary and mandibular projection, vertical facial proportions, possible transverse deficiency and airway function.
