"Our powers are meant to be used only in the service of others"

"Our powers are meant to be used only in the service of others"

It's a simple but very revealing phrase. In a single scene, Daki showed great character and a sense of duty by believing that his powers could only be used for the greater good, while Maul selfishly told him that he should use them to dominate others. What did you think when you saw this scene for the first time?

Analyzing the results of the maul fights.

Maul vs Devon: Maul lets Devon escape so the fight is left without a winner

Maul vs Devon and Daki: Maul's victory. Daki and Devon are defeated by the Zabrak.

Maul vs Marrok: the fight is interrupted by Devon so there is no winner.

Maul vs marrok and crow: Maul is defeated and is forced to escape badly wounded

Maul and the Jedi vs Marrok and Crow: Maul escapes although without being defeated on this occasion. Technical tie.

Maul vs Darth Vader: technically he didn't lose but it's clear that he would have died if he had stayed longer fighting.

What do you think? Do you agree with these results or do you think something different?

Could Marrok and Crow survive Order 66?

In the Darth Vader comics, a curious event occurs. A Jedi known as Ferren Barr uses a mind trick to force the Purge Troopers To attack the inquisitors and the tenth brother dies. If Marrok and Crow went through the same situation could they survive? I think so, but what do you think?

So... Did Kebris indirectly save everyone in this scene?

What would have happened if Maul and the others got on the ship...? What do you think?

Can you imagine what would have happened if Marrok and Crow really managed to kill Maul?

I can imagine them both going to the fortress in nur To celebrate and brag to the other inquisitors about their success (especially the gi) and then celebrate with drinks while they do the kronk dance with let's groove playing in the background

MSL lightsaber fights from best to worst according to me

1-🥇 Maul, daki and Devon vs marrok and crow

2-🥈 maul, daki and Devon vs darth vader and inquisitors

3-🥉 maul vs marrok and crow

4- maul and Devon vs marrok

5- daki and Devon vs marrok

6- maul vs daki and devon

7- Devon vs maul

What do you think? Do you agree or have a different opinion?

Another triumphant return?

Since msl gave Crow a chance to redeem himself after his pitiful performance against ahsoka, do you think they could bring back the Inquisitor What did we see during Totu? I really liked their combat style and it has a decent design and also the writers could take the opportunity to tell us their number.

A lover of sabers?

I find it funny how in the whole series, Crow only used the force to fight only once and that's when he pushed Maul with it. I guess that means Crow feels much more comfortable just using the Lightsaber for fighting.

Warning or simple revenge?

Maul was really trying to warn Marrok what would happen if he continued to work for Sidious or would just want to give him back what he had told him in that cave? I will leave here for you to draw your conclusions.

I'd see a whole series of these two guys investigating and hunting Jedi

Aside from Darth Vader, Grand Admiral Thrawn, and Count Dooku, I don't remember any other villain that excited me as much every time he appeared on screen as marrok and crow. I really hope that one of them will return for next season or at least make an important mention of them.

Who needs inquisitors when you have machine guns?

This series reminded me how dangerous heavy artillery really is against force users. Every time a laat gunship appeared On screen, the only thing the protagonists could do was escape or try at all costs to shoot down the ship. The empire didn't need to bring in Marrok and Crow, all they had to do was surround Maul with these things and sew him up with gunfire.

Maul was holding back in his first fight against Marrok?

Many argue that Maul was "acting" in order to win Devon's support. At first it seemed to make sense but in later fights Marrok continued to prove capable of facing Maul and at that point it no longer made sense for Maul to hold back because he was desperate to run away from Janix. What do you think?

How would Maul be in Janix if Savage were still alive?

Surely it would have been much better for him although not for the reason that many think. The only reason why Maul decided to stay in Janix was to recruit Devon and in this hypothetical scenario, he would have no need to do it since he would already have Savage as his apprentice so he could perfectly leave the planet and the series would have lasted less than 4 chapters lol.

Maul vs Grand Inquisitor. Who wins?

I'm very excited for season 2 and the grand inquisitor is one of my top candidates to be the main antagonist in case Marrok and Crow don't return. What do you think?

u/Sufficient-Win2892 — 1 month ago

Marrok crazy kicks lol

Something I love about marrok's combat style is that he uses too much melee blows to put pressure on his enemies. Punches, kicks and pushes with the force make his opponent have to retreat and try to adapt to his multiple attacks although that can also work against him, as happened at the end with daki.

That will leave a mark

I know that Lawson will most likely return in the second season but he will probably be in bad condition. Lawson was shot twice on screen, one in the shoulder and one in the leg. They are not necessarily lethal shots but being hit by a blaster is extremely painful because the plasma burns the skin, in addition, the empire is well known for treating its prisoners quite brutally so they are most likely going to torture Lawson to get information out of him...

Why didn't Darth Vader help Crow?

By Time and Distance it couldn't be, Vader had just killed Daki and was literally a few meters from where Maul, Devon and Crow were. He had no real impediment to go immediately to fight. Do you have any explanation for that?

u/Sufficient-Win2892 — 1 month ago

Survival rate of the Janix group
