Hi! 2 things… 1.) In the app’s “About Noteful”, the Cloud Sync shows my Noteful is syncing to my iCloud, however I am not finding any Noteful files in my iCloud files. Is this actually referring to the Google Drive backups and not really “iCloud”? Where are my files going?? 2.) Also, when I try to run a backup to PDFs, the program keeps crashing. I have about 70 notebooks. It gets like 12-15 done and then crashes, repeatedly. I’d really like to be able to save the PDFs in case of apocalypse. Please help?

Just coming back to StarNote after a few months using another app exclusively, and I notice marked improvement - reducing the lag and the template perks you have added. So nice!! Thank you 😊

Hi! I’m wondering if there is a way to set Noteful to be my default PDF-opening app? When I am in Preview on my iPad, it currently is designating another app (ZoomNotes) as my option, and I want to change it to Noteful. (I don’t know how ZoomNotes made itself my default.) Also, if I open a PDF in an email, it is currently going through that other app, so I want to change this to Noteful as well. Thank you for your time and guidance.
