Feeling lost-static posterior shoulder subluxation, surgical limbo, soft discharged from pt

I am in my mid 20s, I have never had orthopedic surgery before so I don’t know how this whole process works. I have a rare congenital shoulder issue that is progressive and I’m currently in a preosteoarthritic state from the subluxation from the deformity,a slap tear and a loose capsule.

The last 3 surgeons I was referred to either passed me around like a hot potato or wanted to wait until my joint was shredded so they could do a reliable and fast replacement rather than preservation.

I traveled on a 6 hour flight to meet with my last resort tertiary specialist which was really helpful, giving me 3 options, the most intensive being a reverse shoulder replacement but we both agreed that we are going to try the other 2 options before we get to that and we agreed on the most minimal thing and I called the surgical coordinator 2 Months ago and emailed the surgeon with a question my pcp asking if we should restart pt had 1 month ago I have heard no response from either.

2 months ago around the same time I saw the last resort surgeon, I was on pause with my physical therapist bc she wanted to see what the surgeon said. A week after that pause I got a call from admin asking to collect money and to let me know my case was discharged. So if I do start pt again it has to be somewhere else bc it doesn’t feel great to be treated differently just because my body isn’t making the progress to meet productivity this time around.i just don’t know how to find a dpt who is open to challenging and weird cases

I’m so lost, sad and confused. I just want the pain to become more manageable and hopefully avoid getting a replacement before I turn 30

Any advice, thoughts or suggestions would be super helpful
