I’m about to start tirzepatide and I’d like advice on how to avoid wasting product and what dosage to start with.

I bought 20 mg peptide vials, but if reconstituted peptide only lasts around 28 days in the fridge, I feel like I’ll waste a lot if I only use 2 mg per week at the beginning.

How do you guys handle this ?

Do you :

• reconstitute the full vial,
• split it into sterile empty vials,
• only reconstitute part of the vial,
• or use another method to maximize storage life ?

Also, what starting dose would you recommend for my profile so I can calculate concentrations correctly ?
