dogs with IBD

Hello everyone,

My dog has IBD and eosinophilic enteritis, and he is on a home-cooked diet. We have tried many commercial foods, but unfortunately none of them worked for him (he also has environmental allergies). The cooked diet worked quite well for several years, but recently he has started to stop tolerating carbohydrates, and he is losing a lot of weight on a meat-only diet. Do you possibly have any ideas about what we could do?

He currently eats turkey. The carbohydrates and ingredients we have tried so far are: bulgur, sweet potato, pumpkin, rice, tapioca, and vegetables.

He gets psyllium husk twice a day, pantoprazole, two kinds of probiotics, Creon digestive enzymes, as well as vitamin B12 and folic acid.

Thanks in advance for your anwers.
