Consistent Hiss, Static & Dropped Calls
Have a 2026 Solterra XT Limited. Absolutely love the car and features with the exception of one gremlin. I am unable to enjoy audio in the vehicle due to intermittent but persistent hiss and static from the audio system. It will begin playing as clear as a bell and then exhibit his and static like an old AM radio. It happens whether I'm using Apple Carplay, Android Audio, or even the car's built in navigation. Has anyone had a similar issue, and if so, how did you get it resolved? I thought the TSB upgrade would fix the problem, so I took it to my dealer, who did both the audio upgrade to version 2222 and the ECCU upgrade, but the issue actually got worse. It is a real bummer because outside of that, I truly do love the car. Any advice or suggestion would be appreciated. I thought it might be my phone, but when I disconnect it from the car's Bluetooth, the sound is clear as a bell.
