Like a D-list villain, but one I liked as a kid. He has the powers to make you do/believe stuff i guess. If he wants you to think he grows a hulk arm and punches you, or if he wants you to think your neck is broken he can make it happen. Idk.

Made on a ML Bucky Cap body with custom head. All accessories made from scratch, too.
