Bought some ribs last week at Maxi. Looked like a good deal so I picked up three packages. When I prepared them tonight I couldn’t believe how much sauce was in the package. Three packages of ribs gave me over three cups of sauce. In the first package I opened there was 406 grams of sauce out of what was supposed to be 680 total grams. I like sauce as much as the next guy but I think this is just a way to inflate the weight so that the consumer thinks they’re getting more meat when really it’s just sauce.
